International Projects
We transfer our knowledge on emissions trading and greenhouse gas monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems, and renewable energy to projects carried out in cooperation with reputable international organizations. So far, we have worked on many projects with the World Bank, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
Case Study: Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR), Soil Carbon
As part of the project, a roadmap for establishing and operating an emissions trading system in Turkey has been created, and a report containing this study has been prepared. The main aim of the project is to develop a roadmap for considering the establishment and operation of a greenhouse gas emissions trading system in Turkey. The main output of the project is the first analytical report prepared under PMR Turkey. The report titled “Roadmap for the Establishment and Operation of a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading System in Turkey” and “Guide for Emission Trading - Facility Operators in Turkey” have been prepared.
Technical Support and Knowledge Transfer
Our expert team provides guidance to organizations in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to address complex issues related to the climate crisis, emissions trading systems, the European Green Deal, and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). We provide internal green collar training, organize practical workshops, and prepare analysis and information reports tailored to the needs of companies.
Case Study: Carbon Pricing Training for Eczacıbaşı Vitra Tile
In a two-day training conducted for Vitra Tile in 2021, we addressed climate change and carbon pricing, the anticipated national emissions trading system, the European Green Deal, and its effects specifically on the ceramic sector. At the end of the training, we conducted a quiz with approximately 15 questions for the participants, and we neutralized the carbon footprint of the top two participants with the highest scores from 2020.
